Position Summary:

Scheduling Flexibility:

• Contractors determine their own availability and working schedule.
• Services may be provided Monday through Sunday, based on the contractor's availability and client needs.
• Approximately 20–30 hours per week anticipated.
• CRC does not assign or dictate contractors' daily working schedules.
• Both in-person and telehealth service options are available.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field.
• Appropriate Florida professional license or credentials required for the services provided.
• Experience providing individual and/or group therapy.
• Knowledge of mental health assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with Florida Medicaid and managed care requirements preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person and telehealth services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening and applicable credentialing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and/or group mental health therapy.
• Conduct clinical assessments within professional scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services in person and via secure telehealth.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Coordinate client care with CRC's clinical team as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, applicable payer requirements, and professional ethical standards.
